Role Overview:
Here at Adecco we are looking for a motivated and experienced Machine Operator to join one of our clients.The candidate will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of machinery in a production environment. This includes setting up, operating, and troubleshooting machines to ensure efficient production while maintaining safety and quality standards. The role requires attention to detail and the ability to manage machine performance effectively. The candidate will also contribute to improving operational efficiency and ensuring that production targets are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate machines according to established safety and production guidelines.
  • Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
  • Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines to ensure optimal performance.
  • Follow quality control procedures to ensure products meet required standards.
  • Ensure a safe working environment by adhering to all safety protocols.
  • Assist in setting up machinery and adjusting settings for different production runs.
  • Document machine performance, downtime, and maintenance activities.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts to optimize production efficiency.


Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience: Previous experience as a machine operator or in a production environment preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Basic understanding of machinery, ability to troubleshoot and adjust machines.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to follow instructions and operate machines with precision.
  • Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work well in a team and meet production targets.


Work Environment:

  • Physical tasks including standing, bending, and lifting products (10+ kg).
  • Working in a production facility with varying temperatures and noise levels.


Shift Schedule:

  • 4 days on, 4 days off
  • Morning shift: 5:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Night shift: 5:00 PM - 5:00 AM
  • Rotating shifts
