Duties and Responsibilities

• Mechanical assembly of commercial equipment, including mechanical fitment of sub-assemblies, painted weldments, gearboxes, drive systems, electrical and hydraulic components
• Participate in daily production toolbox meetings
• Participate in a culture on continuous improvement, identifying and reporting opportunities for improved safety, quality, and efficiency
• Taking ownership and responsibility

Skills Required

• Previous assembly or maintenance of similar commercial equipment
• Excellent communication skills to engage and interact with other team members, team leaders and managers
• Experience within a production/manufacturing environment
• Experience and understanding of Lean manufacturing
• Work efficiently within a small team to maximize
• Have the right to live and work in New Zealand
