We're seeking a IT Program Manager (Manager or Senior Manager) to join our dynamic team in Auckland. This is a pivotal role where your expertise will drive innovation and transformation within the financial services sector in New Zealand.

In this role you will:

Lead and deliver large-scale IT change programs with precision and agility.
Foster and maintain robust relationships with vendors and technology partners.
Navigate the financial services sectors with your deep industry knowledge.
Engage and manage stakeholders effectively, ensuring alignment and clear communication.
Utilise your extensive experience to mentor and guide your team towards excellence.

A proven track record of successful delivery in large, complex IT change programs.
Demonstrable strength in managing vendor and technology partnerships.
Essential experience in the financial services sector, specifically in banking or insurance.
Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate.
A minimum of 10 years' experience in a managerial or senior managerial role.
Ideally, a strong professional network within the Auckland area and the broader industry.
