Job Description
Are you a skilled project manager with experience in enterprise software upgrades? We're seeking a Project Manager - Maximo to lead the end-to-end implementation of our IBM Maximo upgrade project. This is a critical role to ensure successful delivery, meeting organisational goals, timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
As the Project Manager - Maximo, you will lead and oversee the entire Maximo upgrade project, ensuring its successful delivery from start to finish. You'll be responsible for developing detailed project plans, setting clear milestones, and managing resources and budgets to ensure the project stays on track and within financial limits. Acting as the primary point of contact for all project-related matters, you'll foster alignment and maintain open, clear communication with stakeholders across the business, IT teams, and external vendors.
Change management will be a key focus, where you'll work closely with end-users to support a seamless transition to the upgraded Maximo system. This includes addressing concerns, resolving challenges, and collaborating with training teams to deliver comprehensive user training. Throughout the project, you'll maintain thorough documentation, track progress, and provide senior management with regular updates on budgets, timelines, and key milestones, ensuring complete transparency and accountability.
What you'll bring:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related field.
- Proven experience managing Maximo upgrades or large-scale enterprise software projects.
- Strong project management skills (PMP/PRINCE2 certification preferred).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
