We are seeking a Furniture mover in the North Shore area. You'll be assisting with packaging, loading, unloading, re-assembling, safely handling and transporting furniture. You will need to be friendly and approachable as there is also customer service involved in this role.
Key Responsibilities
Safely drive and operate a Class 2 manual vehicle for deliveries and transportation
Load, unload, and secure furniture and packages to prevent damage during transit
Handle and maneuver heavy items with care, ensuring efficient and safe delivery
Provide excellent customer service while meeting and interacting with clients
Follow delivery schedules and routes to ensure timely arrivals
Maintain vehicle cleanliness and report any maintenance or safety concerns
Role Requirements
Must have a Class 2 license and be proficient in driving manual vehicles
Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable attitude
Physically fit and comfortable with hands-on work
Ability to stay positive and maintain a good sense of humor in any situation
Tenacious and dedicated, with a strong work ethic
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
