The Opportunity

With a valued team member retiring after 23 years, we have an exciting opportunity for the right person to take on our Warehouse Manager role and join our team in Mangere Bridge, Auckland.

For over 30 years, warehousing and logistics have been at the heart of our operations. We serve customers from around the world, in industries such as food, FMCG, retail goods, and building products. Our distribution centre is a critical hub for many long-standing clients, and we are looking for a dedicated leader to uphold our high standards.
This is a senior, hands-on leadership role - perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic logistics environment and enjoys working closely with their team. If you're looking to make a real impact, drive operational excellence, and shape the future of our business, this role is for you.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead & Motivate the Team - Inspire and manage a capable operations team, ensuring they align with our company values and objectives.
  • Optimize Daily Operations - Oversee order processing, warehouse workflows, and logistics coordination to ensure efficiency.
  • Facility & Equipment Management - Maintain high standards for warehouse presentation and oversee asset care.
  • Health & Safety & Compliance - Enforce and uphold safe work practices, compliance procedures, and audits.
  • Process & Technology Improvements - Identify opportunities to enhance operations through technology and best practices.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration - Work closely with the Transport Manager, General Manager, and Managing Director to drive business growth and innovation.
