Positioned for yet another year of growth, our client is looking for ambitious, self-driven professionals that are focused on building a successful career within the IT Sales industry.

We’re looking for a motivated and driven Telemarketers & lead generators to join our team.

This is a high-volume, outbound cold calling role where your primary responsibility will be to generate qualified leads and set appointments for our clients in the IT space.

If you have a proactive sales mentality, aren’t afraid of outbound business development, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want you on our team!

What we are looking for:

  • At least 2-3 year outbound telemarketing sales or lead generation experience required.
  • Money orientated sales superstars!!
  • Strong work ethic, the harder you work the more you get paid.
  • A quick learner with great initiative & adaptability as campaigns can change often depending on the time of year.
  • Good communication skills & excellent telephone manner.
  • Resilience and self-motivation to work in a fast-paced business environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls daily to generate new business opportunities. (150+ per day)
  • Qualify leads and set up appointments for the sales team.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our clients’ IT products and services, including hardware, infrastructure, cloud, and security solutions.
  • Proactively identify potential customers and build a strong sales pipeline.
  • Achieve and exceed daily KPIs for call volume and lead generation.
