Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and priming
• Applying paint, varnish, or other finishes to interior and exterior surfaces
• Working with brushes, rollers, and sprayers for professional results
• Ensuring projects are completed to a high standard, on time, and to expectations
• Communicating with clients to understand their vision and ensure satisfaction
• Maintaining a safe and clean work environment

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in residential and/or commercial painting
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (preferred)
• Knowledge of painting techniques and materials
• Strong work ethic and a commitment to quality
