About the Opportunity:

We are searching for talented ECE leaders who are looking for a new challenge. As an influential leader reporting to an Area Manager, you will be driven by a passion for achieving outstanding learning outcomes for children while ensuring the seamless daily operation of the centre. Exceptional communication skills and a talent for building strong, positive relationships will be at the core of who you are.

Role requirements:

Commit to making a difference in the lives of young learners with a team dedicated to excellence. We are looking for the following:

  • B Ed/Dip Teaching Level 7 (ECE) and current teacher certification
  • Strong understanding of child-led curriculum, pedagogy and curriculum
  • Demonstrate good knowledge of the current ECE Regulations, Te Whariki and hold compliance in a high regard
  • A strong commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi through pedagogical practices
  • You’ll be known for being a great coach, who can unlock the potential of others, you will have previous leadership experience
  • You are an innovator, both in input and output – being part of simplifying the way we do things excites you!
