Our award-winning Harcourts Grenadier Halswell office is on the lookout for a dynamic Personal Assistant to support one of our top-performing agents, Courtney Pero. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a sharp eye for detail, and brings a proactive, can-do attitude.
In this role, you'll be responsible for:
- Preparing listing documentation and creating standout marketing collateral
- Generating accurate sale and purchase agreements
- Assisting with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) verification processes
- Managing databases and ensuring seamless client communication
- Providing timely and precise administrative support
- Delivering exceptional customer service that reflects our premium brand
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a PA or administrative role
- Real estate industry experience is advantageous
- Tech savvy with strong computer skills, including MS Office
- Experience with marketing and social media
- Highly organised with excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Show great initiative and also follow direction
- Customer-focused mindset and problem-solving abilities
