We're looking for a Fleet Sales Executive with a passion for forging strong relationships, a head for business development, and the drive to represent the Mitsubishi brand across our Primary Marketing Area (PMA).

This is not a desk job. You'll be out there - meeting clients, building partnerships, working directly with Mitsubishi NZ on national deals and keeping fleet customers supported long after the ink is dry. You'll need to be motivated, organised, and hungry to grow your portfolio.

What you'll be doing:

  • Proactively identifying and pursuing new fleet sales opportunities
  • Managing relationships with existing fleet clients and key accounts
  • Handling direct fleet deals in collaboration with Mitsubishi NZ
  • Coordinating delivery timelines, accessories, and vehicle prep
  • Assisting customers with service follow-up and ongoing support
  • Working closely with the wider sales, admin, and service teams to ensure top-tier customer experiences


What we're looking for:

  • Proven experience in automotive, B2B sales, or account management
  • A confident communicator who builds rapport with ease
  • Highly motivated and self-managing - comfortable hunting down leads
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work across departments and with external partners
