Key Responsibilities:

Business Development & Growth

  • Identify, develop, and convert new revenue opportunities within existing and emerging customer segments.
  • Lead end-to-end growth strategies including upselling, cross-selling, and market expansion.
  • Collaborate with leadership on forecasting, pipeline management, and strategic planning.
  • Build lasting partnerships that drive adoption, loyalty, and customer lifetime value.


Customer Success & Onboarding

  • Own the customer journey from onboarding to retention, ensuring a seamless and value-driven experience.
  • Design and refine onboarding processes, tools, and best practices to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Proactively engage with customers to understand their business needs and provide strategic recommendations.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer, collaborating with product teams to align ZEIL’s offerings with real-world challenges.


Industry Marketing & Product Innovation

  • Partner with the marketing team to conceptualise and execute industry campaigns, positioning ZEIL as a thought leader.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, competitive landscapes, and customer needs to shape ZEIL’s product roadmap.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure customer success, platform engagement, and growth.


What We’re Looking For

  • Strong experience in business development, strategic account management, or customer success in SaaS, recruitment tech, or a fast-growing startup environment.
  • Demonstrated success in scaling customer accounts and driving revenue growth.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence internal stakeholders.
  • Strong commercial acumen, data-driven mindset, and an eye for opportunity.
  • Exceptional communicator with the ability to present complex ideas simply and effectively.
