About the Role

As our business growth story continues, we are seeking a Solution Architect to lead the architectural design and delivery of digital solutions, ensuring seamless connectivity between systems and enhanced digital experiences for employees and customers. This role provides technical leadership in solution design and implementation, working closely with delivery teams and technology partners to create scalable, future-proof solutions that build upon our core system investment.

Reporting to the Head of Digital you will work collaboratively with the Digital Delivery Managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions, providing technical advisory services to the business and delivery teams.

Based in our Newmarket Support Office, we support a hybrid working model where you will have the flexibility to balance your work environment.

Key Accountabilities will include

  • Design and maintain enterprise application architecture
  • Lead architecture and drive innovation in digital experience design
  • Create comprehensive solution architectures and design scalable, secure, and performant solutions across enterprise applications and platforms
  • Lead application modernisation initiatives including cloud adoption and digital transformation
  • Provide architectural oversight and guidance during solution implementation


About You

You'll bring at least significant technology solution delivery experience, with solid experience in solution architecture roles (retirement village sector experience advantageous). You will have strong experience with Microsoft technology stack, particularly Dynamics 365, a deep understanding of enterprise integration patterns and technologies and knowledge of modern front-end architectures and frameworks. You are a

  • A confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
  • Comfortable balancing technical business requirements with Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities
  • Experienced in leading engaged and high-performing digital teams
  • Adaptable and able to thrive in a relatively small but dynamic digital environment
  • Skilled at managing competing priorities in a growth-focused organisation
