A remediation project is underway, and our client is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to help the project understand solutions required and document the requirements to implement those solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with experts and stakeholders to define, document, and gain approval for remediation project criteria.
Work with Data Analysts to identify impacted customers/accounts and calculate financial impacts.
Validate data, escalate risks, and propose solutions for stakeholder decisions.
Support implementation plans, payments, reporting, communications, and escalations.
Ensure all remediation approaches align with guidelines and are clearly documented.
To be successful in this role you will have:
Minimum of 5 years in a Business Analyst role.
Experience working withing the financial sector (banking preferred)
Prior experience working a remediation project
A collaborative, approachable manner, and be a team player with a positive and pragmatic attitude.
