What You’ll Do:
Operate machinery and assembly lines efficiently to achieve production targets.
Monitor machine performance and make adjustments to ensure proper product packaging.
Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on equipment.
Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet company standards.
Troubleshoot equipment issues to minimize downtime.
Follow all safety protocols to maintain a secure working environment.
Keep accurate production records.
Collaborate with the team to improve processes and enhance efficiency.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience: Proven background in a production or processing environment.
Strong troubleshooting ability and technical know-how
Ability to interpret manuals and schematics.
Attention to Detail.
Dedication to quality control and precision.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Eligibility to work in New Zealand.
Ability to pass a full background check and drug test.
