Our client is in search of a committed and seasoned ICT Procurement Specialist to become part of their dynamic team. This role presents an engaging opportunity to offer management of relationships and advisory services to a variety of business groups, aiding end-to-end procurement processes, inclusive of contract development and negotiation.

What you'll do:

As a Specialist in ICT Procurement, your role will be crucial in providing management of relationships and advisory services to various business groups. You will be responsible for aiding the entire procurement process, from the development to the negotiation of contracts. Your expertise will be vital in managing the development of tenders, drafting contracts, reviewing variations in contracts, and implementing improvements in the process or contract model. You will also play a key role in maintaining contracts and assisting Business Groups with the management of supplier performance.

* Provide advice on procurement, contractual, and commercial matters
* Support procurement and portfolio planning and analysis
* Manage the development and process of tenders
* Draft contracts and negotiate them
* Maintain contracts and support Business Groups with the management of supplier performance
* Review variations in contracts
* Implement improvements in process/contract model

The ideal candidate for the role brings significant experience in ICT procurement and management of contracts. Your ability to manage relationships effectively, both internal and external, will be crucial in this role. You have demonstrated success in building relationships and gaining the support of key stakeholders. Your knowledge and practical experience in providing business advice to stakeholders will be highly valued. Additionally, you have an understanding of risk management within a procurement context, as well as experience in analysing issues, evaluating options, and reporting on them.
