What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Chef,Kitchen Hand or in a similar role
- A strong knowledge of food preparation, presentation, and kitchen safety
- Ability to create diverse, nutritious, and delicious menus catering to a wide variety of tastes and dietary preferences
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service
- Knowledge of university food regulations and food safety standards is a plus
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Overseeing daily meal prep and cooking for students, staff, and special university events
- Designing and preparing a variety of meals, ensuring quality and consistency
- Supervising kitchen staff and ensuring the kitchen runs efficiently
- Managing inventory and ordering supplies when necessary
- Maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and food safety
- Collaborating with university catering and event teams for special functions
