Job Description:
Our client is seeking a motivated and experienced Helpdesk Support Specialist to join the Team supporting laptops and related services for its clients. This role focus on managing inquiries related to both PC hardware and Software, ensuring a seamless experience for its clients.
Responsibilities:
- Handle and resolve customer inquiries regarding laptops, including hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with team members to provide effective solutions and exceptional service.
- Maintain accurate records and provide detailed reports as required.
- Navigate and resolve customer conflicts with professionalism.
- Utilize Microsoft Office tools for data analysis and presentations.
Key Requirements:
- 3-4 years of experience in a customer service role within a large corporate environment.
- Proven expertise in PC hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Experience managing customer conflicts with a calm and solution-oriented approach.
- Ability to work from home 2-3 days per week.
- Competency with the Microsoft Office Suite of Applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
