✅ Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications
✅ Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work
✅ Proficiency with hand and power tools
✅ Experience with fit-outs, framing, and finishing work
✅ Reliable, hardworking, and able to work independently or as part of a team
