Mō te tūranga | About the Role
As the Personal Assistant, you will work behind the scenes to make it all happen. You will provide the highest level of professional support to the Heads of Product (Consumer, Business & Everyday Banking portfolios) while seamlessly co-ordinating an effective and efficient office, driving administration tasks and generally supporting the team.
As a key contact for external and internal relationships, you will support and build positive relationships. You will co-ordinate the busy team and your outstanding organisational skills will be utilised while managing a busy diary, travel bookings and accommodation, preparation of documentation for presentations, special projects and operations support to the Heads of Product and wider team. You will also be required to prepare agendas, meeting co-ordination, minute taking, action recording and tracking.
You will be a promoter of a positive team culture, being collaborative, along with a shared drive for excellence, utilising care, discretion, professionalism and exercising discretion and confidentiality is essential.
This role requires someone who is resilient, adaptable, initiative, and has strong attention to detail and the ability to problem solve and deal with complex and at times challenging requests. We are looking for someone with confidence, tenacity, and a can-do attitude that can add immediate value to this mutli-faceted role.
From time to time, you may be required to provide support to the EA to the GM.

- Several years' experience in large complex, corporate environments.
- Proven success in a Personal Assistant supporting a Senior Manager or Executive.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, time constrained environment at pace, with composure and professionalism.
- Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, One Notes, Teams, Outlook and Adobe Acrobat.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strictest confidentiality and discretion.
