We are seeking a passionate and proactive Payroll Officer to join our National Support Office in Parnell, Auckland. If you thrive in managing medium to large payrolls, excel in end-to-end payroll cycles, and are forward-thinking with systems and automation, this role is for you! Salary: $60k - $65k per annum + annual performance bonus.

Reporting the Payroll Manager, you will:
Manage a complex payroll function for over 3800 employees.
Provide customer-focused solutions and advice to our operations teams.
Handle day-to-day payroll activities with the wider team.
Ensure SLAs are met by maintaining high data integrity for reporting and analysis.

We would love to hear from you if you have the following:
At least 3 years of experience with New Zealand payroll processes and legislation.
Experience in a complex environment with multiple unions and varied agreements.
A desire to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
Experience with payroll systems like PayGlobal (an advantage).
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
