We are looking for a motivated Parts Interpreter / Warehouse SUPERVISOR to join our small, dedicated team in East Tamaki.

To be successful in this role you will need to be:

• Customer focused with professional communication skills
• A team player
• Motivated and organised
• Possess a mechanical aptitude
• Have a forklift licence
• Experience in the forklift industry would be an advantage

Responsibilities Include:

• Customer support and enquiries - via email, telephone, and counter sales
• Order entry and processing
• Sales Order and Customer invoicing
• Inventory Management
• Maintaining and further develop relationships with our current customer's parts and service divisions
• Improve and streamline our current procedures in both our parts and warehouse areas
• Manage one stores person
• Microsoft Word & Excel skills
• Equipment rental invoicing
