Are you seeking an HR Business Partner Contract role in Auckland?

  • 8 month maternity contract, Auckland CBD office based
  • Generalist HR, provide operational advisory support + projects

About the role
This opportunity is designed for the right forward thinking and hands-on generalist HR visionary to take the lead and spearhead all HR campaigns, people initiatives and projects across the portfolio.

Alongside HR operational support key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the annual performance and remuneration round
  • Driving change management
  • Executing the engagement survey feedback
  • Managing the limited performance management requirements

Skills and Experience

  • Proven track record of generalist HR ideally in a professional services environment
  • Strong understanding of the business partnership model
  • Superb communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships internally
  • Proven ability to execute the annual performance and remuneration project
  • Proficiency in change management
