Job Description
Extrusion Operator – Plastics/Printing Background (Rotational Shifts)
We are looking for an experienced Extrusion Operator with a plastics or printing background to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The role involves operating extrusion machinery to produce plastic products, maintaining production efficiency, troubleshooting machine issues, and ensuring high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain extrusion machinery.
- Work with the quality control team to meet product specifications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve machine malfunctions.
- Ensure safety and quality standards are met.
- Maintain accurate production records.
Skills & Experience:
- Experience with extrusion machinery (plastics or printing).
- Ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues and perform basic maintenance.
- Strong attention to detail, safety awareness, and teamwork.
Shift Details:
- Rotational Shifts: 3-week rotating roster, shifts from 4:45 am/pm to 5:00 pm/am, Monday to Thursday, with the third week running Monday to Wednesday.
- Opportunity for 3-4 day weekends and 40+ hours per week on average.
