About the Role | Mō te Tūranga
In the newly created Head of Marketing role, you’ll lead the development and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns for key initiatives. This includes creating integrated, omnichannel campaigns that leverage customer insights and best practice to drive understanding of the program and member engagement.
It requires strong leadership and collaboration skills to align diverse stakeholder groups across the organisation, as well as building strong relationships with agency partners and ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints. A key focus is driving creative excellence and innovation in campaign assets and their application.
You’ll be responsible for leading a small team of marketers who operate within a Tribe, collaborating closely with other crafts to deliver a connected member experience.
About You | Mōu
This role calls for a seasoned marketing leader with 10+ years of experience, including 5+ years in a senior leadership position, ideally within a complex retail environment.
You'll be a strategic thinker and a pragmatic planner with a proven track record of developing and executing end-to-end marketing campaigns, from insightful strategy to impactful delivery across all channels. Your expertise spans creative development, production, measurement, and a deep understanding of digital best practices.
You'll thrive in a fast-paced environment, expertly navigating changing landscapes and leading multi-disciplinary teams to deliver exceptional results. As a collaborative leader, you'll excel at stakeholder management, fostering strong partnerships and driving team performance with empathy and authenticity.
