The purpose of this role is to support the Downer Telco business by:
- Accurately capturing and recording information for the reconciliation / billing of Downer customers.
- Providing high quality administration and coordination support to the wider team in a timely and efficient manner to meet our goals.
Due to securing and rolling out a new nationwide contract for our Telco NZ team, this will be a six-month fixed term, full-time opportunity (40 hours). The aim of the fixed-term position will be to help support us in getting systems and processes rolled out, and help with the initial workload that comes with starting a new contract of this scale. The role is based in our Kerrs Road office, Wiri.

- Experience, skills and an understanding of the fundamental aspects of business, including operational and financial
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Highly efficient organisation skills, ability to meet deadlines and comfortable managing large volumes of data.
- Skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics would be an advantage
- Numerate; comfortable with numbers and their interpretation to reflect performance
- Customer service attitude
- Ability to operate in a busy and changing environment, showing sound judgement and a professional approach
- Excellent time management record
- A pride in quality of work
