Role Overview:
The purpose of this role will be to assist and support the IT Engineer team and Management team with day-to-day maintenance, repairs and preparation of IT equipment. Responding to and managing the service desk, support line and customer care. And to tackle any issues/find solutions and grow with the business.

This role involves a range of tasks and responsibilities, including:

  • Service Desk Coordination - Manage service desk tickets, assign tasks, and schedule jobs.
  • Administrative Support - Prepare documents, reports, and presentations for various departments.
  • Office & Reception Management - Oversee office operations, supplies, and facilities; handle reception duties.
  • Scheduling & Event Coordination - Arrange meetings, travel, and company events.
  • Communication & Compliance - Act as a communication point, ensuring policy and safety compliance.
  • Financial & IT Support - Assist with invoices, expenses, IT support, and hardware maintenance.
  • User & System Support - Set up IT systems for new staff, troubleshoot issues, and escalate as needed.
