Mō te Tūranga | About the Role

The Lookout is an additional observation level within the Sky Tower on level 53. Guests can enjoy ice-cream, a casual food and beverage offering and can experience walking within the core of the Sky Tower! You will be required to provide warm and friendly customer service to our customers as well as cash handling/handling the till, topping up the food cabinet and maintaining the cleanliness of the space.

Mōu | About You

You'll be someone with a warm and friendly nature, who is quick on their feet and is happy to work a variety of shifts including weekends.

It would be ideal if you have some previous customer service/hospitality as well as;

A great attitude & enjoy interacting with customers from all over the world
Be a team player and able to be proactive in down time and fast acting in busy periods
Flexible to work a variety of shifts including weekends
