About the role

We are on the hunt for casual, Retail Assistants to join the Sanford and Sons Retail team! You will be part of a great team of people who take pride in providing our customers a great experience when they visit our Auckland Fish Markets!

This role involves:

• Assisting in the sale of fresh and frozen fish and associated products
• Counter/ till operations
• Assisting customers and providing first class customer service
• Open and close down procedures
• Inventory and stock take
• Maintaining food safety standards

What we're looking for

You will be able to work alone and as part of a team and be willing to go above and beyond for our customers.

• Experience in a customer service role
• Positive attitude with a strong customer focus
• Strong attention to detail
• Time management skills
• Strong communication skills
• Available to work casual, rostered hours between 6am-9pm, 7 days a week
