This role is all about enabling the sales team to focus on what they do best—connecting with customers and driving sales! You’ll be the backbone of the sales process, ensuring everything runs smoothly from the initial enquiry to the final steps. Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Respond to sales enquiries and website requests promptly and professionally.
- CRM Management: Log and update all sales opportunities in the CRM system with precision to ensure accurate reporting.
- Quote Preparation: Use our the client's software to create quotes and provide variations/options as needed.
- Sales Support: Arrange site visits, manage sales team calendars, and assist with quote queries.
- Customer Showroom Support: Provide a friendly face for customers visiting, if and when required.
- Follow-Up Assistance: Help with follow-up calls and emails to ensure top-notch customer service.
- Processing Jobs: Complete accepted job contracts, create sales orders/work orders and handle related documentation.
- Relationship Building: Maintain positive relationships with customers, colleagues, and external bodies.
- Health & Safety: Adhere to Workplace Health and Safety procedures and company policies.
- Additional Tasks: Support the team with other duties as directed by management.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Confidence using CRM systems and software tools (experience with V6/GSS is a bonus!).
- A team player with a proactive attitude.
- Commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
