What we’re looking for:
- Extensive experience in residential renovation work, with a focus on interior finishing, kitchen, and bathroom work.
- Expertise in executing tasks from plans and instructions with minimal supervision.
- Must be self-sufficient, dependable, and able to work independently.
- Own tools and reliable transport are a must.
- Work-related references required.
- Pay rate negotiable based on experience.
Key Duties:
- High-quality interior finishing (architraves, skirting, window and door frames, etc.).
- Kitchen and bathroom carpentry work, including cabinetry and detailed finishing.
- Installation of trim and moulding, ensuring precision and a polished look.
- Framing and fitting interior elements to specified designs and plans.
- General carpentry duties with a focus on top-tier finishes and craftsmanship.
- Ensuring all work meets building codes and standards.
