We're currently seeking a driven Business Development Manager to join our award-winning team at Harcourts Grenadier Rent Shop. This role will harness your passion for sales and your motivation to drive growth - both for yourself and our organisation.

As a Business Development Manager, you will be at the forefront of expanding our market presence and identifying new opportunities that will contribute to our continued success.

This role will include:

  • Prospecting for new business outside of Grenadier - talking to developers, investors and those in the property industry
  • Maintaining and fostering relationships within Grenadier to encourage reciprocal business
  • Carrying out rental appraisals both at properties and virtually as well as providing rental assessments on property listings
  • Guiding clients through the initial stages of their investment journey
  • Giving short presentations at meetings including but not limited to Grenadier sales meetings


To succeed in the role you will also need:

  • To be driven, self-motivated and goal orientated
  • Confidence and persistence in building new relationships
  • Existing knowledge or the drive to learn the ins and outs of Property Management
  • Dedication, resilience and the desire to achieve
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • To be comfortable working autonomously
  • A high level of personal presentation and professionalism
