Job Description


We are looking for a Sterilisation Assistant/Dental Assistant to join the team at Lumino Lincoln!

In this role, you will primarily work as a Sterilisation Assistant while also stepping in as a Dental Assistant to cover staff leave. There will also be opportunities to pick up casual shifts on other days throughout the week.

When you are working as a Sterilisation Assistant, you will ensure best practice is followed to sterilise equipment correctly and manage infection control.

When you are working as a Dental Assistant, you will work alongside our highly trained clinicians and other dental professionals to provide excellent patient care and support. You will be tasked with supporting our clinicians during various dental procedures and ensuring best practice standards are upheld and the best patient care is provided.

This is a fast-paced role where no two days are the same. You will be someone who enjoys working closely within a team and providing upstanding customer service.

Details:

• Days: Monday, Tuesday & Thursday
• Hours: 8:15 AM to 5:30 PM (includes a 30-minute break)

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Dental Assistant or Sterilisation Assistant is preferred
• Excellent communication, organisational and customer service skills
• Proficiency in computer software applications
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
