Business Communications Specialist

Your role, your journey | Te Huarahi Whakatipu

You'll be the central point for channel communications- making sure our business sales teams have clear, timely info on products, promos, and anything that impacts them or their customers. You'll manage communication channels, content creation and distribution, and work closely with our Product, Sales, Legal, and Operations teams. You'll also keep our templates and materials up to date and on-brand and find smarter ways to get things done using AI and digital tools.

How you'll show up | Tu mai Tu Rangatira

  • 3+ years in a comms, content, or channel marketing role - B2B experience a bonus
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable turning complex information into clear, usable comms
  • Experience with comms platforms and keen to experiment with new tools
  • Confident working across teams and managing multiple projects at pace
  • A self-starter with a great attitude and strong attention to detail
