Job Description
Join our Fleet and Workshop team as a Service Coordinator in Palmerston North!
This new role is part of our Fleet Administration team who support our network of workshops across NZ. You'll work closely with the local Workshop Foreman and Regional Workshop Manager to ensure smooth daily operations of fleet servicing and maintenance.
The role:
- Coordinate and schedule fleet servicing and maintenance.
- Manage our fleet service system for accurate record keeping and reporting.
- Handle invoicing and raising of Purchase Orders.
- Be the workshop liaison, working with our wider teams such as Health & Safety and Finance.
We are looking for:
- Experience in planning and/or coordination in a similar role.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and quick adaptability to new systems.
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and compliance.
- Excellent communication skills and a team player.
- Organised with good time management to prioritize tasks effectively.
