About us
At Ngā Tamariki Puāwai ō Tāmaki | Auckland Kindergarten Association, we've been nurturing tamariki since 1908. With over 100 kindergartens across the region, we are proud to provide high-quality, play-based early childhood education grounded in the principles of Te Whāriki. We are committed to bicultural practice, and everything we do places tamariki and their whānau at the heart.
About Ellerslie Kindergarten
Ellerslie Kindergarten is a welcoming, multicultural space where tamariki are encouraged to explore, imagine, and thrive. Our teaching team supports tamariki in building friendships, confidence, and curiosity through engaging, play-based learning. We have strong ties to our local community and value the rich cultural contributions of our whānau.
With a large and inspiring indoor-outdoor environment, we nurture early numeracy, literacy, and creativity through child-led inquiry, music, art, and dramatic play. Our kaiako are passionate, professional, and committed to delivering high-quality learning experiences for every child.
