The Finance Process & Security SME role, is a global position, reporting directly to the Finance Projects & Systems Manager. As the SAP System Security and Processes SME, you will be an experienced SAP professional who is a specialist in Finance. You will manage SAP security frameworks, access controls, governance, risk and compliance (GRC) while also optimising business processes within SAP modules.
This role is responsible for:
- Designing, implementing, and managing SAP security policies (role-based access control-RBAC and segregation of duties – SoD), procedures and controls.
- Configuring and maintaining SAP GRC Access Control (user access management, emergency access management and role management).
- Security of the SAP system by implementing robust security measures and granting correct access to authorized personnel
- Supporting SAP S/4 Hana security implementations and migrations.
- Providing technical solution support to upgrades and enhancements.
- Analysing and optimising business processes within SAP, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
- Working with process owners to identify areas of improvement in SAP workflows, automation, and efficiency.
- Contributing to digital initiatives to meet business requirements and objectives.
- Engaging with auditors, stakeholders and leadership to report on security posture and process improvements.

With a proven background and experience in financial systems management and a strong knowledge of SAP S4 Hana, you will meet the following selection criteria:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, information systems, or a related field. A master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is preferred.
- Proven experience (minimum 10 years) in financial systems management, particularly with SAP S4 Hana and other SAP financial systems.
- Advanced knowledge of standard business processes would be advantage, especially in financial processes and functions
- SAP certifications is preferred.
- Strong understanding of financial processes and data flows, and their integration within the financial systems landscape.
- Proficiency in configuring and customizing financial systems, and experience with system implementation and upgrades.
- Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements related to financial systems and master data management.
- Strong attention to detail, with a focus on data accuracy, integrity, and security.
