As we continue this growth journey, we have an exciting opportunity for an Insights and Reporting Lead to join our Customer Experience team.

What You'll Be Doing | Mō te Tūranga

The Insights & Reporting Lead drives customer insights through data analysis, supporting decision-making and continuous improvement. This role involves optimizing monthly dashboards and reports, leading the Voice of the Customer (VoC) program, and providing insights for customer journey mapping and service design. You will ensure the quality of customer data models, analyse NPS drivers, and address complaints to identify areas for improvement. You’ll also deliver key insights to stakeholders and senior leadership, offering recommendations for enhanced customer experience. As a team leader, the position also involves mentoring and fostering a high-performance culture, supporting team growth, and building strong cross-functional relationships.

About You | Mōu

Your experience in business or financial reporting, including forecasting and workforce planning, and advanced skills in Microsoft applications like Excel and Word, will be key to your success in this role. Experience with SQL, Tableau, and Salesforce is desirable, along with experience in people leadership, and a strong understanding of business systems and drivers.
