About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Warranty Administrator to join our client's expanding Service team. With business booming, this role offers diverse responsibilities and exposure across the company and country.

  • Communicate with customers and technicians to resolve warranty claims and set clear expectations.
  • Process and accurately document all warranty claims in line with dealership requirements
  • Follow up on claims to ensure customer satisfaction and compensation for the dealership.
  • Promptly resubmit rejected claims and monitor outstanding ones.
  • Reconcile warranty receivables and maintain meticulous service and customer records.
  • Keep track of warranty parts and manage their disposal timelines.
  • Stay informed on factory recalls and coordinate with the accounting department for claim settlements.
  • Invoice warranty repair orders


About You:

  • Warranty experience within a dealership essential
  • Ability to provide high-level administrative support with a customer-first mindset.
  • Understanding of automotive servicing or repair.
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving abilities.
  • High standard of literacy and numeracy.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • A polished telephone manner and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage workload efficiently.
