Ara Whiwhi Mahi | The Opportunity
We are looking for a L2 Business Support to provide high quality and effective organisational support for the business continuity program. This role will see you work closely with your peers and team members to deliver a consistent level of service that is customer focused and adds value. You will also be a valued part of the Organisational Resilience team supporting the services we deliver for our customers. You will:

  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of the enterprise-wide business continuity management program including the development of tools and instructional guides
  • Complete moving business continuity information across from Maestro to Te Aka Oranga (Noggin)
  • Track the workflow status of business continuity reviews and approvals in both during this time.
  • Complete the configuration and optimisation of the Continuity module in Te Aka Oranga (Noggin)
  • Assist with the configuration of other Te Aka Oranga (Noggin) modules used by Organisational Resilience (existing & future)
  • Work with remaining IR business units that do not have up to date Business Continuity Plans and input the information into Te Aka Oranga (Noggin)
  • Contribute to developing and maintaining the business continuity program processes and practices which effectively ensure that the enterprise program remains current, and aligns with industry standards and practices

  • Has excellent stakeholder and relationship management skills with the ability to liaise with other business support teams to deliver priorities and outcomes
  • Has a willingness and the confidence to progress work without close supervision
  • Has experience in an administrative or business support role, alongside a sound understanding of MS Office
