Compass Group NZ is seeking a Permanent Part-Time Lounge Supervisor to deliver an exceptional lounge experience that guests value and remember. This role is based at Air New Zealand's lounge at Christchurch Airport and involves working 16+ hours per week, on weekends.

Ko o kawenga / Your responsibilities:

This key role within the lounge is responsible for ensuring our food, beverage and customer service is outstanding for our valued customers. This will be done by leading and participating in a team that goes above and beyond for our valued clientele and ensures we obtain the high levels of service standards expected at all times.

He kōrero mōu / About you

To be considered for this role you will have the following skills and experience:

• Be hard working, reliable, flexible and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Be a born performer with impeccable Barista skills
• Have experience with food preparation
• Have a natural knack for leading a diverse team, and understanding labour budgets
• Have proven experience within a 5-star/FOH environment and leading a team
• Have excellent communication skills and a friendly, 'can do' attitude
