Your Role
We are expanding our team nationally and have multiple openings for motor trade-qualified professionals, or Motor Assessors. Our high-performing business is looking for talented individuals to join us in Auckland, Christchurch or Wellington.

In this role, you’ll manage all aspects of referred claims, assessing damage vehicles and assets also contributing to process improvement enabling a great customer experience.

You’ll actively contribute to the IAG repair network by recommending our Quality Repairers to the customers.

About You
Are you ready to contribute to the growth and success of a performing business? In this role you’ll need:

  • Tertiary qualification/s in Motor Repair Trades
  • Experience working with a wide range of stakeholders
  • Passionate about delivering a high standard of customer service
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
