The Role
We are seeking a Customer Services professional who is a solutions focused, personable individual where you thrive in fast-paced and fluid environments.
We provide a time sensitive service, requiring you to have exceptional written and verbal communication skills and the capability to remain calm under pressure. In this role, you will confidently handle customer queries with your solutions focused approach to a high level of professionalism and accuracy. With your aptitude and willingness to collaborate with other employees and contractors, you will be the perfect addition to our customer services team.
Main Duties
- Receive and resolve incoming customer calls, emails and queries
- Data entry of misdirected and undeliverable freight

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to establish rapport with customers and contractors
- Natural problem solving capabilities
