We are looking for an exceptional, multi-talented Digital Experience Analyst to help lead the delivery of unbeatable digital experiences that our customers love.
In this role, you will be part of one of our cross-functional, autonomous squads that are aligned to a purpose that drives value for our customers every day. These squads are empowered to make decisions on how they build and deliver these experiences, always operating with the customer's best interest at heart.
Mō te Tūranga | About the role
This role will require you to get knee-deep in solving real, complex business problems by collaborating closely with your squad and specialists such as UX and analytics. This role covers the delivery of digital experiences from the discovery phase, right through to when customers are actually using it. This will mean mapping user journeys, translating business requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria, creating UX wireframes, and managing delivery with your squad and key stakeholders.

Along with your energetic personality, to be successful in this role you will:
- Be able to demonstrate a sound knowledge and passion for analysing experiences across digital products and services
- Enjoy working collaboratively within a team and be familiar with working in an agile environment
- Be a natural communicator
- Be comfortable dealing with ambiguity, change as well as being able to prioritise
- Enjoy working with people and will show a real determination to understand their specific needs
- Actively contribute to the successful delivery of digital projects
