Location: Auckland, New Zealand
Salary: $150k - $180k + Bonuses + Pathway to Shareholding

The Role:

As the Senior Stormwater Engineer, you will:

• Lead and Mentor: Guide and grow a small, high-performing team of engineers.
• Hands-On Delivery: Provide technical expertise in stormwater design, management, and modelling.
• Project Leadership: Take ownership of stormwater projects, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
• Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with trusted clients.
• Drive Innovation: Develop creative solutions to complex challenges across residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects.
• Business Growth: Contribute to the strategic vision of the consultancy, with opportunities to become a shareholder.

Your Qualifications:

• A degree in civil or environmental engineering.
• Around 8–12 years of professional experience in stormwater engineering, with a strong technical focus.
• Expertise in stormwater design, management, and modelling tools.
• Experience in land development and infrastructure projects.
• Proven leadership and mentoring capabilities.
• CPEng certified or actively pursuing certification.
• Strong client management and communication skills.
