Job Description
Te kōwhiringa | The Opportunity

Reporting to our Asset Information Manager you will be responsible for converting manufacturers operating & maintenance manuals into planned maintenance, updating asset systems with adds/removals/modification of assets, maintaining & updating various systems along with liaising with internal and external parties to provide pricing and asset data.

This is a very busy role and will require you to manage a multitude of activities and deadlines whilst at the same time constantly communicating with internal and external stakeholders. You will have an eye for detail, be technically minded and be able to navigate through a multitude of processes and systems.

  • A basic understanding of mechanical & electrical assets.
  • Experience with job/work management systems.
  • Ability to pick up processes, systems and contract knowledge quickly.
  • Effective communication skills, written and oral.
  • Good Microsoft skills
  • Excellent time management and able to manage conflicting priorities.
  • High level of ownership.
  • Good time keeping and be able to wake your manager from his daily sleep.
