Join 2degrees as our GM of Energy!

As the GM of Energy, you'll be accountable for delivering revenue and profit from our portfolio of power products. In this senior leadership role, you'll set and execute our revenue and margin growth strategy, manage the sourcing and purchase of electricity hedging products, and lead a high-performing team to achieve ambitious KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Revenue & Profit Delivery: Meet commercial targets for customer growth, revenue, and margin.
  • Product & Offer Strategy: Develop and execute product strategies, including lifecycle management, pricing, and promotion.
  • Customer Focus: Enhance customer retention and average usage through innovative offerings.
  • Wholesale Energy Strategy: Oversee energy back-office functions and develop a competitive energy cost strategy.
  • Innovation & New Product Development: Drive cross-functional teams in product innovation and new propositions.
  • Leadership: Foster a high-performance, inclusive team culture.
  • Regulatory & Legal Collaboration: Work closely with regulatory and legal teams to align on feedback and long-term outcomes.


What You'll Do:

  • Drive revenue and profit growth within the energy portfolio.
  • Source electricity hedging products for consumer and business markets.
  • Lead the development and execution of our power strategy.
  • Manage key business functions and ensure our competitive position in a high-growth market.
  • Understand industry trends and customer needs.
  • Lead a team to meet ambitious KPIs.
