This is an exciting opportunity for 3x Storeman Operator positions. This is a contracted Storeman Operator position where you will play a vital role in assisting the warehouse and manufacturing operations for a leading NZ owned manufacturer in the textiles industry based in Manukau

What you'll be doing

  • Coordinating the movement of inwards and outwards goods, including arranging raw materials loading and unloading goods on to the production line and as well as helping in the warehouse
  • Liaising with production team and ensuring smooth delivery of goods required to ensure smooth production
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation for all freight movements
  • Ensuring paperwork and calculations are accurately recorded and weighing up raw materials


What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2 years' experience on counterbalance forklift reach preferable but not a requirement
  • Class 1 full drivers license required
  • Strong understanding of Warehouse inwards and outwards and documentation requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively
  • Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively
  • Basic maths skills required for measuring, weighing and recording materials lengths
  • A team player with a positive, proactive attitude
  • High health and safety awareness
