Our client is on the hunt for a passionate and experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join their team. This role is pivotal in shaping the future of their organisation by coaching, mentoring, and inspiring their General Managers and Regional Directors to become exceptional leaders. As a trusted advisor, you will be instrumental in developing people strategies that drive success within each group. Your expertise will help create an inclusive and diverse employee experience, fostering creativity, autonomy, and personal wellbeing.

What you'll do:

As a Human Resources Business Partner, your role is integral to the success of our client's organisation. You will be deeply involved in understanding each business group's unique challenges and contributing positively to their strategy and direction. Your expertise will be crucial in assisting with the design, development, and execution of forward-thinking people strategies. You will act as a trusted advisor on all things people-related, supporting the personal leadership journeys of senior leaders while encouraging them to stretch their practice.

  • Understand the unique challenges of each business group and contribute positively to its strategy and direction.
  • Assist with the design, development, and execution of forward-thinking people strategies.
  • Support the personal leadership journeys of senior leaders, encouraging them to stretch their practice.
  • Provide expert advice when managing complex people issues or change processes.
  • Advise on creating an employee experience that embraces diversity, creativity, autonomy, and personal safety & wellbeing.
  • Help build a clear picture of talent and strategies to support talent development across each group.
  • Diagnose future people and capability requirements and help build a forward workforce plan.


What you bring:

As a People Business Partner, you bring a wealth of experience in leadership mentoring or coaching. You have a proven track record of supporting, enabling, and advising leaders at very senior levels. Your ability to provide feedback on leadership practice is unparalleled - you're not afraid to have brave conversations or provide in-the-moment coaching. Your solid experience in the people space includes working on leadership development, culture enhancement, talent sourcing, capability building, and teamwork.

  • Proven track record as a Leadership mentor or coach.
  • Ability to provide feedback on leadership practice; having brave conversations.
  • Solid experience in the people space – ideally including experience working on leadership development; culture; talent sourcing; capability building and teamwork.
  • Ability to partner with all levels of the organisation through great relationships.
  • Sound strategist with an innovative angle – able to develop future focused strategies in the people space.
