The Role:
We have an exciting opportunity for a full time Property Manager to join their team. You'll work closely with the owner/operator, taking on a variety of responsibilities that are essential to our continued success.
Key duties include:
- Conducting routine property inspections and generating reports.
- Managing ingoing and outgoing inspections.
- Conducting property viewings for potential tenants.
- Efficiently handling client needs and queries in a professional manner.
- Coordinating maintenance work orders and liaising with tradespeople.
- Attending Tribunal Matters as required
About You:
- The ideal candidate will be an experience property management. To be successful in this role, you must have:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A polished and professional demeanour.
- A current and clean New Zealand driver's license.
- Strong time management and scheduling skills.
- A willingness to go "the extra mile."
- Knowledge of and experience with the Residential Tenancies Act
